Testimonials
We enrolled our son in the U.S. Tae Kwon Do College program to help him
learn self-discipline, confidence, and respect. After two years he has learned
this and so much more. In fact, he hopes to be a Master someday."

"Since I enrolled my child in martial arts the change in him has been
unbelievable! He has better self-discipline and is producing better grades
in school. I used to think that martial arts was just punching and kicking,
but I've discovered that it is really so much more!"

"His
self-esteem has gone higher than we would ever expect, and we're sure it
has to do with his instructors' genuine care and interest in him. Mathew
is disciplined, focused, attentive, polite, but most of all, he loves what
he is doing!"

"Me
and my husband felt that Ian needed some 'back bone' and needed to learn
to defend himself. I feel the program is great. Ian now seems to have more
concentration and can defend himself in a situation that may come up"

" This
is an excellent place for kids as well as adults. The classes are fun. They
also do other activities such as Parents Night Out and sleepovers "

" U.S.
Tae Kwon Do College in Lake Ridge is a great family-oriented martial arts
school. Parents and children alike can appreciate what is taught and gained
through attending classes there. Parents can see a certain motivation brought
out of their children and an increase in skills ranging from schoolwork
to daily social skills. Children can learn discipline and gain certain skills
for success in everything they do along with the self-defense that comes
along with it. It also is made obvious that the instructors and staff at
this school really care about their students and their success in tae kwon
do and outside of tae kwon do as well. The relationship that seems to develop
with the instructors and many students and parents that attend this school,
becomes more than an instructor to student relationship where students can
learn from them with regards to more than martial arts. Also, many students
that join this school make many friends that are apart of this school as
well. Overall, taking classes here everyday is something that i am able
to look forward to on a daily basis."

"Our
8 year old daughter loves martial-arts class! Karate has challenged her
physically, and as a result of her hard work in class she has lost ten pounds
in six months. She is now very pleased with her physical condition and looks
forward to earning her black belt"

When
Danny first started learning Tae Kwon Do at 5 years old, he was in awe of
the black belts. He wanted to learn to do the complex forms and kicks
that they appear to do so easily. At seven years old, he has just
passed his black belt test and has every reason to be proud of himself. He
has discovered that getting a black belt is not easy at all, but with the
skillful teaching, patience and encouragement from the instructors and most
importantly, Master Jason, he has found that his hard work eventually pays
off. He has developed a sense of confidence and perseverance that
most sports for young children don’t develop. This has lasting
benefits and I truly feel Tae Kwon Do has helped Danny build a strong foundation
of important life values.
