If You Think Your Instructors Are Fun in Class, You Should See Them at a Party!

Dear Valued Parent,

I’m writing because I’m excited about your child's approaching birthday, and want to tell you about the special children's birthday parties we provide at the school. Imagine, who better to help celebrate your child’s birthday than the fun and outrageous instructors at (your school name here). I’m sure you have seen the energy and enthusiasm our instructors put into their martial arts classes. Now imagine that energy mixed with the fun and entertainment of a birthday party! It will be one of the most thrilling and memorable birthdays your family will ever experience.

The instructors will spend the first half hour teaching your child and his/her guests in a awesome martial arts class. During the next half hour, the kids will enjoy pizza and soft drinks followed by your child leading the cake cutting ceremony. Your child will assist the instructor in cutting the cake with a Samurai sword! After the cake, we’ll open presents and enjoy the last half hour of games, contests and prize drawings.

What does all this cost? It costs a lot less than you might imagine, and certainly a lot less than the other birthday party services in our area. This includes the 11/2 hour party for up to 25 kids, two instructors, pizza, soft drinks and all the place settings (napkins, forks, table cloth, etc.). To make the party even easier, for an additional fee, you can order personalized invitations and thank you post cards!

I know your child's birthday isn’t until next month, however, I would feel terrible if I didn't give you plenty of time to respond. Please don’t delay!!!!! I only have four openings for next month, call me today!!!
